I lost 40 pounds in 4-1/2 months, and went from a BMI of 33 to 27! Before finding this program I found every diet I tried worked but with a lot of effort, and I was often hungry. I have been thrilled with this program, and have found that it encourages me to eat frequently, which really works for me. I am still working on the last 10 pounds, but I know that with my healthy habits it will happen. I think I have really achieved a balance of good choices. The program really works!
I am by no means a chef or a magical food creater, but I do a spend a lot of time collecting recipes for my clients and enjoy sharing them here.
