3 Cups Lettuce of Your Choice
7 ounces cooked chicken
2 TBSP Frank's Buffalo Wing sauce
1 TBSP Light Blue Cheese Crumbles (optional)
Small amount of Light Ranch Dressing (I like Bolthouse Farms Greek Yogurt dressing)
Put chicken in a bowl, add the wing sauce, and toss. Put the chicken mix on top of the lettuce, add the light blue cheese crumbles, and top with a small amount of light ranch dressing or have it on the side.
*Personal Side Tip - When you cook the chicken, it's a great idea to cook an entire chicken up, and then you have enough for left overs and it creates a quick, nutritious source of protein on the go.
