Question 1: How’s that workin’ out for you? Are you looking at the exact same version of yourself in the mirror as you were when we first talked? If you aren’t down at least 10, 20, 30…50lbs from when we talked, then the actions you’re taking are working.
If all it took was working out, there wouldn’t be any overweight patrons in the gym….yet I see the same people on the treadmill, or doing zumba, or even lifting weights, day after day, month after month, year after year, making no visible changes to their physique.
Question 2: Are you going to keep taking the same actions as 2013 that yielded little to no results, or are you going to admit you need a different plan?
Weight loss starts by eating a healthy balanced diet (you can’t out train a bad diet!)
Exercise isn’t the whole solution; it’s only part of the solution
It’s a lot easier to cut out 500 calories than to burn 500 calories during a workout
**It takes a 3,500 calories deficit to lose ONE pound of fat è approximately 6-10 hours of Zumba….for ONE pound of FAT LOSS
